Every missed call is an inspection your competitor may book instead

Agents and buyers often need an inspector fast because contingency deadlines are already running. If you don't respond, they call the next name on the list.

Fast response matters

Inspection requests are deadline-driven

Buyers and agents often need availability quickly because contingency deadlines are already running.

$450-$1,000+

Inspection fees, add-ons, and referral value

A new relationship may produce one inspection, additional services, or repeat agent referrals.

You’re in the field

Calls arrive on roofs, in attics, and under houses

Stopping an inspection to answer every call is not practical, but the lead still needs a prompt response.

Once activated, the system works in three steps

Your onboarding call takes about 15 minutes. We handle number activation, registration, configuration, and testing afterward.

1

An agent or buyer calls while you're in an attic, crawlspace, or on a roof

Their contingency clock is running, they need availability quickly, and they're ready to schedule.

2

Within 60 seconds they receive a personalized text from your business number

Automatic, immediate, professional. It lets them know you received the call and gives them a clear next step.

3

They reply, request availability, or book - and you get notified immediately

You finish the inspection and come out to a new appointment request instead of a cold voicemail.

Common questions

Does this work with my existing business phone or dispatch system?
Possibly. The pilot requires a phone number that can send and receive SMS. In some cases, we can use a new number and forward missed calls to it. If you want to use your existing business number, it may need to be ported into the system. Porting eligibility varies, and some numbers may not be able to be ported back later. We review your number and available options with you before any changes are made.
What if a customer texts something I need to personally respond to?
You get an instant notification and can take over the conversation at any time. The system handles the initial response and keeps the customer engaged—you control the relationship from there.
What happens after the pilot?
We review the legitimate missed calls and opportunities handled during the pilot. If the system is a good fit, it continues as a fully managed service for $297/month. There is no system setup charge for pilot participants.
How long does setup take?
Your onboarding call takes about 15 minutes. We then handle phone-number activation, carrier registration or verification, workflow configuration, and testing. Carrier approval may take additional time. Your pilot begins only after the number is approved and the system is ready to send and receive messages.
Is this just an automated text?
No. The first text is only the beginning. We configure the response, follow-up, routing, notifications, booking path, and workflow. We also monitor and maintain the system so you are not responsible for managing another app.
Does this guarantee booked jobs?
No system can guarantee that every caller will reply or book. The purpose is to respond quickly, keep missed callers engaged, and create more opportunities to recover business that may otherwise be lost.
What counts as a legitimate missed call?
A legitimate missed call is a genuine prospective or existing customer call—not spam, robocalls, wrong numbers, vendors, or repeated calls about the same inquiry.
Are there any usage charges?
Standard phone and SMS usage is included during the pilot. Before you continue after the pilot, we review expected usage and explain any applicable carrier, messaging, or email charges so there are no surprises. Actual usage costs depend on message length, carrier, volume, and provider pricing.
